What is A2A2 Raw Milk?
A2 milk is a type of milk that has the A2 beta-casein protein. All cows milk contains either A2 or A1 beta-casein. Most milk sold in stores has a combination of both A2 and A1 beta-casein.
A2 milk that contains only A2 beta-casein has been reported to have easier digestion for those that are sensitive to lactose. This is not meant for those that are lactose intolerant. A2 milk is a source of potassium, thiamin and omega-3 fatty acids.
Raw milk also contains probiotics and beneficial bacteria that can help with your gut health. Raw milk contains enzymes, probiotics, healthy fats, proteins, vitamins, and calcium.

Wildeboer Dairy - Our History
The Wildeboer family has been on this land in Lennox, South Dakota for 100 years. This is a four generation family farm which began with Claus and Effie Wildeboer. Their son John Wildeboer and his wife Gloria purchased the farm and began their own Holstein dairy which ended in the 90's. Since then their son Johnathan Wildeboer has been working the farm, running a cow/calf operation as well as growing corn and soybeans.

We are now offering Raw A2A2 Jersey Milk We milk the cows, we bottle up the milk and we sell it to you. Its that simple. We will have our raw milk available in 1/2 gallon plastic bpa free jugs. Our raw milk will have pick up availability only at the farm in Lennox. We look forward to seeing you in soon!
Here at Wildeboer dairy we believe that good nutrition starts with healthy soil, which in turn passes on to healthy plants and then to healthy animals. Our jersey cows have a nutrient rich diet of seasonal grazing and non-gmo grain supplements.
Why Jerseys?We chose Jersey Cows as our breed of choice. Jersey milk contains 15-20% more calcium and protein than other milk from other cows. Jersey milk also contains more omega-3 fatty and beneficial fatty acids. They also provide 10-12% more phosphorous along with more B12 vitamin.We started off our herd by purchasing Jersey heifers from Graber Dairy, known for their long history of Jersey milk production in our area.
